BIP “Education toward a sustainable future” is an international educational program that presents a series of activities (in-person) to develop basic skills in sustainability and sustainable development. The activities are designed through an integrated approach, aiming to prepare future professionals to address sustainability challenges in innovative and creative ways. Through participatory methodologies such as World Café, Metaplan, workshops and outdoor education experiences, participants will be able to understand and articulate the concepts of sustainability and sustainable development, anchoring them in everyday reality. They will understand the role of education and training in cultivating a sustainability-oriented mindset, including values, beliefs and worldviews. In addition, they will be able to anticipate the potential impact of their professional actions within different contexts and communities, as well as imagine alternative futures and formulate strategies and actions for their realization.
